Each autographed copy can be personalized to any individual in need.  Please let us know with an email expressing this need.

Please email your request stating the following:

1.  Number of copies desired & name(s) you wish to dedicate the autograph.  Please state if the dedication is a widower or final reader of the book for a special message.

2.  Your "ship to" address.

3.  Quantity desired.

4.  Send a check or money order payable to Gerald Schaefer for $20.00 USD per autographed copy desired ($14.95 + $5.05 shipping and handling).  Include a copy of your email in with your check.
